Welcome to my Portfolio! My name is Chancie Altham but most people just call me Chance, and I am an international business major studying at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Anyways, I have created this portfolio for my UWRT 1103 course for the fall semester of 2015 and, as you can see, have titled it "It's a Pretty Big Deal". This portfolio was created around an inquiry blog in which I was learning why cyberbullying is a big deal. Well, before you start switching between the different tabs, I would like to explain to you how I set my portfolio up so that when you are looking at my work, it makes sense to you.
The tab title "Blog" is my inquiry blog from the semester. When looking at my blog, it is set up in chronological order from the bottom to the top. The tab titled " Final Drafts" contains revised drafts of two of my blog posts. Beneath each revised post is a critical reflection on why I chose to make the revisions. The tab titled "Digital Essay" is my completed and final draft of my digital essay. My digital essay is a compilation of the information used in my blog posts. The tab titled "Critical Reading" contains artifacts that I chose to pull from my daybook that pertain to critical reading. The tab titled "Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone" contains artifacts that I chose to pull from my daybook that pertain to my comfort zone. The tab titled "Rhetorical Knowledge" contains artifacts that I chose to pull from my daybook that pertain to rhetorical knowledge. Beneath each artifact is a critical reflection on why and how the artifact helped me with my creation of the portfolio.
Enjoy the portfolio!
